The previous owner did a great job of maintaining the property and making capital improvements to better the tenant experience. The facility is gated and fully fenced around it’s 5.4 acres of land. The facility also has security cameras high up on posts to keep video surveillance 24/7. The facility is also nicely graveled.

There are still plenty of improvements we are looking to make to the property. The first major improvement is updating the gate to the Easy Storage Solutions software. This gate system will integrate with our backend to allow us to see who goes in and out of the facility. It will also lock out late paying tenants which will help with collections.
